Insurance
Navigating the realm of insurance can be overwhelming for you and us. It is impossible to be familiar with all of the hundreds of different plans and their individual nuances but be assured, every effort will be made to assist you in maximizing your plan’s benefits.
We ask that you provide all relevant insurance information to us prior to your visit so that we can verify your coverage.
We submit most insurance claims on your behalf. All deductibles and co-payments are due the day of service. Insurance companies process claims within four to six weeks. Any outstanding balance after the insurance payment is your responsibility.
At times, our fees may exceed the insurance companies allowance (UCR) or they may reject a claim or pay less than anticipated. All remaining balances are your responsibility.
You are responsible for all fees incurred at this office, regardless of insurance coverage.
Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless previous arrangements have been discussed with our administrative team. Every effort will be made to provide you a cost estimate for your custom treatment plan prior to initiating any services.
In addition to cash and personal checks, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. CareCredit® is also available as a financing option.
CareCredit®
CareCredit® is available to help you pay for dental procedures your insurance doesn’t cover. CareCredit® offers both No Interest* financing or low minimum monthly payment options so you can take care of your dental health.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
